A few clear answers.

Will the free trial charge me?

No. You don’t provide a card for the trial. You must choose to subscribe and complete Stripe checkout to start paying. Your paid subscription starts when checkout succeeds; it does not add a second free trial.

How much AI is included?

Your trial includes 10 requests in total. The paid plan includes 100 requests per monthly subscription period, with no rollover or automatic overage charges. Each submission, revision or clarification uses one request; an attempted AI call can count even if it cannot finish. Manual editing and PDF exports do not use AI requests. You supply prices and review the results.

How do I cancel?

Open Account & plan → Manage subscription and cancel before the next renewal. Your access continues through the paid period. Contact support@tradevello.ai for billing questions or refund requests.

Can my customers approve estimates and pay invoices?

Customers can approve a shared estimate or request changes. You can create an invoice and record payments you receive separately. Tradevello does not collect payments from your customers. The $29 subscription is your company’s payment for the workspace.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

You can sign in, view and export saved records. Creating and editing work requires active access. Existing invited beta accounts retain their current access.

Can my whole crew use it?

The founding plan includes one owner account for one company. Multi-user team accounts are not included. Enrollment is limited for our first launch group; contact support if signup is full.
