Your company workspace
Tradevello helps one company owner manage projects and appointments, prepare branded estimates, proposals and invoices, record customer estimate approval, and draft follow-ups. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your company. Protect your password and provide accurate account details.
The trial and founding plan
Your seven-day trial starts when you confirm your email and set your password. It includes 10 AI requests, requires no payment card, and ends without a charge. You must explicitly subscribe through checkout to continue with a paid plan.
The founding plan is $29 USD per month and includes 100 AI requests per monthly billing period. Unused requests do not roll over. Your paid subscription begins when checkout succeeds, even if trial time remains. Review the complete checkout total, including any applicable tax, before paying. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. No automatic usage-overage purchases are enabled.
Cancellation and billing help
Use Account & plan → Manage subscription to cancel before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled for its end. For a billing error, refund request, or difficulty canceling, contact support@tradevello.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current period. We review refund requests individually; any refund rights required by law remain unaffected.
AI and your work
Each submission to an AI feature, including a clarification or revision, uses one request. An attempted provider request can count even when it fails or times out. Manual editing and PDF exports do not use AI requests. You supply and review the scope, prices, quantities, tax, terms, and any professional or regulatory requirements. AI can make mistakes; review every result before using it.
Follow-ups are drafts for you to send. Scheduling reminders are shown in your workspace; this plan does not include automatic customer email or SMS campaigns. Invoices can record payments you receive separately; those records do not transfer money. Tradevello does not automatically contact your customers, take their payments, provide licensed professional advice, or guarantee work, sales, or results.
Your records and acceptable use
You retain your rights in your uploaded content and must have permission to use it. You give us permission to host, process, display and transmit your content as needed to provide the features you use. Customer-facing links and estimate approvals are enabled only when you choose to share them. You are responsible for the agreements you make with customers. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with other accounts, or attempt to bypass usage limits or create repeated free trials.
After a trial or paid access ends, you can view and export saved work while your account remains available; new work and editing require active access. We may restrict accounts that are used unlawfully, compromise security, or evade agreed limits. Existing invited beta accounts retain their current access unless we agree otherwise with you. Contact support to request account deletion or a data export. We do not promise permanent free storage. We will communicate material service or pricing changes before they apply to an existing subscription.
Availability and support
Service interruptions and temporary AI limits can occur. The founding release admits a limited number of companies so included AI capacity is reserved before enrollment. We may stop new enrollment when that capacity is full. Keep copies of important documents. Email support@tradevello.ai for account, billing, privacy, or technical help; no guaranteed response time is included in this plan.
