Information we use
We process your account email, company profile and logo, service prices, projects, customer details, attachments, saved documents, appointments, reminders, customer estimate approvals and payment records you enter, and messages you submit to AI features. Passwords are stored as protected hashes. We also retain account security events, usage counts, AI token counts and estimated costs, and billing identifiers and subscription status.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, save and display your work, generate requested drafts, provide support, enforce usage limits, secure the service, and administer subscriptions. Milestone counts help us understand whether people can finish setup and save their first estimate. We do not send your customer job text to advertising analytics.
Service providers
Railway hosts the app and database. OpenAI processes the job details and context needed for the AI request you initiate; we request that Responses API results are not stored, which does not itself eliminate every form of provider retention. Resend delivers account verification, password-reset, welcome and optional trial check-in emails. You can stop welcome tips and check-ins using the preference link in those emails; essential security and billing messages are unaffected. Stripe processes subscription payments and manages billing; payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages, not stored in Tradevello’s database. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations according to their own service arrangements.
Sharing and access
Your company workspace requires authentication. If you publish a private homeowner page, anyone who obtains its link may access the selected information until the link expires or is revoked. Review what you publish. A homeowner can keep private job links from several contractors on the same device. This does not give one contractor access to another contractor’s private workspace. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Cookies, retention, and your choices
We use necessary session cookies for sign-in and browser storage for features such as remembered homeowner folders. Clearing that storage may remove local folder references; keep the original private links. The current site does not include third-party advertising pixels. We do not sell customer information for advertising. We retain information as needed to provide the service, handle legitimate security and billing requirements, and comply with applicable law. Retention and backup deletion may differ from immediate removal from the active app.
You can update your profile, export project records, and download attachments. Contact support@tradevello.ai for access, correction, or deletion requests. We may verify account ownership before acting. Do not upload customer information you are not authorized to process. This service is intended for adults conducting business.
