Ready to check in with a customer? Open AI workspace, choose Write a follow-up, and select a saved project.

Tell the assistant what you'd like to say. Select Prepare draft, then Review follow-up in project to make it your own.

Check the message, set your next action and follow-up date, and select Save project. Choose Copy follow-up draft, then send it from your own email or messaging account. You decide when it's ready.

  1. Pick a saved project

Open AI workspace → Write a follow-up. Choose the project you want to follow up on.

  2. Describe the message

Tell the assistant what you want to say. Select Prepare draft, then Review follow-up in project.

  3. Review, save and copy

Edit the message and set the next action and follow-up date. Select Save project, then Copy follow-up draft. Send it from your own email or messaging account.

Messages are not sent automatically. Follow-up dates are workspace reminders, not calendar bookings.

NEW · QUICK START

From a clear yes to a clear invoice.

  1. Share the saved estimate

Save your project’s scope, prices, tax and terms. Open Approval & invoice, confirm your review, then create and copy the private approval link. Share it using your usual email or messages.

  2. Keep the customer’s response

Your customer can approve the saved estimate or request changes. Open the project to see the response. A new scope or price needs a new revision and approval; previous records stay in the history.

  3. Create the invoice

Once approved, choose the invoice and due dates, add payment instructions, and create a branded invoice from that approved revision. Print or save a PDF to send to your customer.

  4. Record what you received

Record cash, checks or payments received through your existing payment service. Partial payments update the balance. Correct an entry made in error with a reason; the original stays in the history.

Approval links last 30 days and should only be shared with the intended customer. The responder supplies their name and email. Tradevello does not send these links, book work, collect payments or issue refunds automatically. Projects with shared estimates or invoices are kept for their history.

NEW · QUICK START

A clear calendar. A useful handover.

  1. Plan the visit

Open Calendar & reminders → Schedule a visit. Choose a saved project, dates, time zone and reminder. Customer notes and private notes are separate. Saving does not send a message.

  2. Share a job folder

Open a project → Homeowner folder. Add the work summary, equipment and care details. Review, date and save it. Choose whether to share the estimate, appointments and attachments, then preview, publish and copy the private link.

  3. Keep it a tap away

Contractors: open the contractor app. Homeowners: open the private job link. Select Get the app for home-screen instructions. Use My folders to add private links from other contractors.

Reminders appear in Tradevello. Calendar downloads are copies; account sync and automatic messages are not connected. Homeowner folders stay on one device for up to seven days; keep the private links to reopen them. Both apps need an internet connection.
