Who is Tradevello for?
Independent contractors and small service businesses that want help preparing projects, estimates, proposals and follow-ups. Choose your primary trade and use your own services and prices.
Does AI set my prices or send messages?
You supply the prices or save them in your company price book. Review the draft before saving. Follow-ups are drafts you can copy and send from your own account; Tradevello does not send them automatically.
Can I sign up today?
Yes. Start a seven-day card-free trial while openings remain in our first launch group. Choose to subscribe only when you’re ready.
Can homeowners keep records from different contractors?
Yes. Homeowners can open private job links from different Tradevello contractors and keep those folders together on the same device. A link is required for each job. Keep the original links to reopen folders on another device; there is no shared homeowner login yet.
Is there an app?
Both the contractor workspace and homeowner folders can be added to a phone’s home screen from the browser. These online web apps work with the existing website. App Store and Play Store releases are not available yet.
Does it include invoicing and customer payments?
You can share estimates for customer approval, create branded invoices, and record payments you receive separately. Tradevello does not collect customer payments or automatically send follow-up messages.
